When you request an inspection or estimate you may provide your name, email address, telephone number, property location and a description of the work you need, along with any photos you attach. We use this information to reply to you, schedule a visit, prepare a scope of work and carry out the job.
Project photos taken at your property are used to document the work for you and for our own records. We do not publish photos that identify your address or show your family without asking first.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, this site may record basic technical information when you visit, such as the pages viewed, the browser used and the approximate region of the connection. This is used to understand how the site is used and to keep it running properly. It is not used to identify you personally.
How we use your information
Your details are used to communicate with you about your enquiry and your project, to prepare estimates and invoices, to schedule work and inspections, and to keep the records a contractor is expected to keep for warranty and permit purposes.
We may contact you after a project is complete to check that the work has held up or to remind you of seasonal maintenance such as gutter cleaning. You can ask us to stop at any time.
What we do not do
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone. We do not share it with marketing companies. We share it only with the people needed to complete your project, such as a material supplier delivering to your address or a permit office, and only to the extent needed.
If you are filing an insurance claim and ask us to communicate with your adjuster, we share the project documentation with them at your request.
Keeping information secure
Enquiry details and project records are stored in ordinary business systems protected by passwords and access limited to the people working on your project. No online system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee against every possible breach, but we take sensible care with what you share.
Your choices
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it for legal or warranty reasons. Use the contact page to make any of these requests and we will respond within a reasonable time.
