Sango and the southeast side
Sango, along with the neighbourhoods off Highway 41A and toward the Rossview corridor, is where much of Clarksville's recent growth has landed. The homes are mostly newer two-storey builds with steep architectural-shingle roofs, vinyl or fibre cement siding and decks off the back. Larger lots and more trees than the subdivisions near the post mean gutters and roofs collect more leaf debris.

The cause is usually an attic with too little intake at the soffits and too few exhaust points, so the attic sits well above the outdoor temperature and radiates heat through the ceiling. Adding a continuous ridge vent and clearing the soffit vents, often blocked by insulation, cools the upstairs and extends the shingles' life at the same time.
